Privacy Policy

Last updatedJuly 12, 2026
Summary. This policy explains what personal data Landi collects through this website and in running our business, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it. Data processed on behalf of our customers — such as visitors to pages they publish — is covered by our Data Processing Agreement, not this policy.

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Landi provides software that generates personalized landing pages for marketing campaigns (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data when we act as a controller: when you visit www.landi-ai.com, book a demo, contact us, or hold an account with us.

When our customers use the Landi platform to generate and publish landing pages, we process data about visitors to those pages (“Visitor Data”) on the customer’s behalf, as a processor. That processing is governed by our agreement with the customer, including our Data Processing Agreement. If you interacted with a page published by one of our customers, the customer’s own privacy notice applies to that data — please contact them directly.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Information you provide — your name, work email address, company, role, and the contents of messages you send us, for example when you book a demo, create an account, or contact support.
  • Information collected automatically — device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies subject to your choices under our Cookie Policy.
  • Information from third parties — limited data from service providers such as analytics and advertising partners (subject to your cookie choices) and publicly available business contact information.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services and this website;
  • Respond to demo requests, sales inquiries, and support requests;
  • Send product updates and marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time using the link in each message;
  • Analyze how the website is used so we can improve it;
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We share it only:

  • With service providers that support our business — such as hosting, analytics, email, CRM, and payment providers — under contracts that limit their use of the data to providing services to us;
  • With professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors, and insurers where reasonably necessary;
  • With authorities where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Landi, our customers, or others;
  • With a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in how your data is handled.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the duration of our relationship with you or your company, plus a limited period afterwards to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes.

Where retention periods are not fixed, we determine them based on the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use, and applicable legal requirements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

6. International transfers

We may process personal data in countries other than the one in which you live. Where personal data originating in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland is transferred to a country that has not received an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary measures where appropriate.

7. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
  • Correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
  • Request deletion of your data;
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • Receive your data in a portable format;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will provide more prominent notice, such as an announcement on this website or an email to account contacts.

10. Contact

Questions about this policy or our data practices can be sent to [email protected], or by mail to Landi, [street address], [city, country].
