Acceptable Use Policy

Last updatedJuly 12, 2026
Summary. This policy describes what you may not do with Landi. It is part of our Terms of Service, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it. The short version: don’t use Landi to deceive, harm, or spam people.

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Landi’s websites, products, and services (the “Services”), including every page you generate or publish through them. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. You are responsible for your own use and for use by anyone you allow to act under your account.

2. Illegal or harmful content

You may not use the Services to create, publish, or distribute content that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation;
  • Exploits or harms minors in any way;
  • Threatens, harasses, or incites violence against any person or group;
  • Promotes hatred or discrimination against protected groups;
  • Contains or distributes malware, or links visitors to it.

3. Deception and fraud

Because Landi generates persuasive marketing pages, we hold deceptive use to a strict standard. You may not:

  • Publish pages that impersonate another person, brand, or organization, or that misrepresent who is behind the page;
  • Run phishing pages or otherwise harvest credentials or payment details deceptively;
  • Make false or unsubstantiated claims about products, pricing, or results;
  • Fabricate testimonials, reviews, endorsements, or scarcity signals;
  • Use manipulative interface patterns designed to trick visitors into actions they did not intend.

4. Intellectual property and privacy violations

You may not use the Services to:

  • Publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights;
  • Collect personal data from page visitors without a lawful basis, adequate notice, and any consents required by applicable law;
  • Publish another person’s private or personal data without authorization.

5. Security abuse

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other customers’ accounts, or related systems, or probe or scan them for vulnerabilities without written permission;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions;
  • Resell or provide access to the Services to third parties without our permission.

6. Platform integrity

To keep the Services reliable for everyone, you may not:

  • Use the Services to send spam or to publish pages that exist solely to send it;
  • Artificially inflate traffic, conversions, or other metrics;
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Services other than through interfaces we provide for that purpose;
  • Abuse variant pools or promotional offers.

7. Regulated and high-risk uses

You may not use the Services to promote illegal weapons, illegal drugs, or other unlawful goods or services. Pages in regulated categories — such as financial services, health, gambling, alcohol, or political advertising — are permitted only where you comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising platform policies, and we may require additional review before such pages are published or ask that they be removed.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this policy and may remove or disable content, suspend accounts, or terminate access, as described in our Terms of Service. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy the issue, but we may act immediately when a violation risks harm to visitors, other customers, or Landi, or when we are legally required to. We may also report activity to law enforcement where appropriate.

9. Reporting violations

If you believe a page published through Landi violates this policy, or you have questions about whether a planned use is acceptable, contact us at [email protected]. Include the page URL and a short description; we review every report.
